LowAlp?

Hypophosphatasia (HPP) is a rare disease that affects a patient’s skeletal, neurological and muscular systems. This disease is so rare that it often can get overlooked on initial blood tests. However, the ALP reading on a blood test could be the link to a proper diagnosis. Knowing this, our client wanted to create an educational reference website for doctors and rheumatologist to better highlight the signs and symptoms of HPP.

Hypophosphatasia (HPP) is a rare disease that is often hard to diagnose. ALP reading as low on a blood test could be a sign to lead to a proper diagnosis. Different ages and sexes have different moderate ALP ranges that can change as a patient gets older. This calculator is a reference tool for doctors to determine if a patient’s ALP is low, moderate, or high.
